60 minute Sports massage

Remember you don’t have to be an athlete to get a sports massage! Medically performed massage techniques to prevent and relieve muscular pain from general or sports related injuries. Sports massage can be tailored to a pre-workout massage.

Focusing on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to relieve acute tension. Using warm coconut oil, this is a pleasant and effective massage. Increasing blood circulation and reducing tension.

A holistic massage using relaxation techniques and uniquely blending a range of massage styles together creating a flow of relaxing yet beneficial strokes; using heated coconut oil, releasing muscle tension from a more gentle touch.

My specialized full-body treatment is custom-tailored to expectant, or present mothers, aimed at alleviating specific discomforts whilst promoting relaxation. I gift 10 mins to this massage which allows 80 mins for the session to ensure your’e never to feel rushed. My bespoke formulations are designed to target specific areas that commonly experience pain.
